  • Advised and facilitated in the acquisition of Orion Minerals to the amount of $115-million by Oakwell Associates.
  • Advised and facilitated in the acquisition of Kabula Holdings to the amount of $250-million by Oakwell Associates.
  • Advised and facilitated in the acquisition of Intercontinental Property Investment Trust to the amount of $150-million by Royal Arabian Capital Fund.

3.Mergers

  • Advised the management of Dresser Trust on its merger agreement with Pacific Private Equity Partners
  • Advised the management of Krim Holdings on its merger agreement with Bastille Industries.

4.Consultation Contracts

  • Negotiated and secured corporate management and outsourcing consultancy contracts for Oakwell Corporate, a division of Oakwell Associates. The contract is for a ten-year period and the value is $160-million per annum.
  • Negotiated and secured mining development and strategic planning consultancy contracts for Pembe Mining Consultants in:

Angola - $12-million Chile - $15-million Russia - $25-million

  • Negotiated and secured a corporate risk management contract for Davis Brown Associates with Anza Minerals to the amount of $20-million.
  • Negotiated and secured an IT outsourcing contract for Comdev Partners with Gualeg Mining to the amount of $5-million.
  • Negotiated and secured project development contracts for Bashi Nua in:

Angola - $5-million Malaysia - $3-million China - $1,6-million
Russia - $15-million Saudi Arabia - $25-million Oman - $10-million UAE - $18-million

  • Negotiated and secured a fund management consultancy contract for Specialized Fund Managers from Professional Investors Group to manage the Anza Speculation Fund on a ten percent retainer basis.
